The Wine Underground is one of Adelaide's most iconic hospitality venues. Nestled right in the heart of the City, we offer patrons exceptional standards of food, service and ambience through both our unique 'underground' wine bar and restaurant and upstairs in our retail wine shop cafe & bar.

Interested applicants need to be passionate about food and wine, understand all aspects of bar, formal and casual dining service and must have recent relevant experience in similar establishments.

BAR MANAGER: Applicants must have extensive experience in bar and wine service, barista experience is a must and cocktail making history would be highly advantageous.

WAIT STAFF: The Experienced need only apply... We are currently looking for waitstaff with both casual and fine dining experience to join our dedicated team @ The Wine Underground.
