At the Wine Underground we are all about superb food and wine, served in a stylish and welcoming environment with efficient friendly service. We offer a Contemporary Australian menu, utilising seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques and we source boutique, hard to find domestic wines with an emphasis on the best SA has to offer along with an exceptional selection of international wines.
No matter what type of event you are planning, with our range of options we can accommodate every requirement. Our ability to be flexible enables us to tailor your choices to suit any style of events.
 
Private Function Rooms
 
We offer the choice of 2 private function rooms in the downstairs restaurant available for -
 
  • private/corporate lunches or dinners
  • product/wine launches
  • conferences/seminars
Room hire rates may apply and are available on request, bookings for Friday or Saturday evenings require a minimum spend on food or beverages. To arrange a viewing of the private functions rooms and to discuss options for your next event please contact Genevieve Prior on 0439 080 930 or 8232 1222.

The Ground Floor Bistro is available for closed private functions Monday through Saturday for a minimum spend (price available on request) on food/or beverages. A non-refundable $500 or 25% deposit (whichever is greater) required upon confirmation of booking. A surcharge will apply for any functions to be held on Sundays.

We also offer outcatered packages ranging from Corporate snack and lunch packs to fully catered sit down dinners,cocktails, wedding receptions and lunches. Packages available on request.

Group Bookings
 
We offer set menu options for ease of service and time for bookings over 10 people in the Bistro and the Restaurant. To receive a copy of the current set menus we are offering please contact Genevieve when making your restaurant reservation. A non refundable deposit is required for group bookings in the Restaurant of 10 people or more at $15 per person. We are more than happy to assist you with any dietary or other special requirements you may need and ask that you confirm these requirements 7 days prior to the date of the function.
 
Beverage packages
 
We offer a number of beverage package options that we can tailor to meet your budget requirements. Alternatively we offer the choice of purchasing wine on a consumption basis. If choosing wine on consumption you will need to advise our functions co-ordinator 7 days in advance of your choices to ensure availability and stock. BYO for all functions is by prior arrangement only.
