| Welcome back to the Wine Underground
| Our basement restaurant will be offering great food and wine in a relaxed pleasant environment that also includes some private dining spaces.
On street level we have a new modern bistro bar with moderately priced dining and bar snacks to go with selected wines and beer, plus a café bar style area for your morning coffee and even breakfast.
We’re also pleased that Coopers has teamed with us to create a new 1862 Bar, that will have Cooper’s beer on tap plus some interesting imports for you to enjoy.
Downstairs we’ll still have the fine food and wine experience that many of you have enjoyed, so now you’ll have several great ways to enjoy what we can offer. Draft Layouts for both floors are shown here.
We are now taking bookings for lunch & dinner Monday to Saturday and you can even reserve our venue for the festive season (subject to space), bookings are actually filling fast.

Wines of the Month
Now we’re back and with the festive season approaching fast we’ve been busy searching for some wine to help see you through.
Although it’s been some time between drinks most of you will know that we look to provide great value in our email offers or find a wine for you that you might not otherwise see.
So to start off our new series of offers we’ve unearthed a sumptuous Shiraz that is tasty and affordable and we feel provides great value for money.
It is Pyrenees Ranges Shiraz 2004 from Landsborough Valley Estate near Ararat in Victoria.
